SAVE this recipe for your next easy weeknight dinner! ✨🍽️

Creamy, cozy, one-pan, and packed with flavor — this Creamy Chicken Thigh Orzo is the kind of family dinner everyone goes back for seconds on.

🛒 Ingredients:

For the Chicken:
• 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
• 1 tbsp avocado oil
• 1 tsp garlic salt
• 1 tsp Johnny’s seasoning salt
• ½ tsp garlic powder

For the Orzo:
• 1 tbsp avocado oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• ½ medium onion, finely diced
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1½ cups dry orzo
• 2½–3 cups low sodium chicken broth
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp garlic salt
• ½ tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
• 1 large handful spinach

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Season chicken thighs with garlic salt, Johnny’s seasoning salt, and garlic powder. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté onion for 2–3 minutes. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
3. Stir in dry orzo and cook 1–2 minutes. Pour in chicken broth and seasonings. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook until orzo is tender.
4. Stir in heavy cream, parmesan, and spinach until creamy. Add more broth if needed.
5. Add chicken back to the pan and simmer another 2–3 minutes. Top with extra parmesan and enjoy warm.
