A royal evening royalmansourmarrakech ✨ 

Choukran bzaf to the culinary team at “La Grande Table Marocaine” for inviting me back into the kitchen to meet the chefs behind the incredible restaurant at Royal Mansour, Marrakech.  It was such an honor to meet you all.

For dinner I chose a beautiful prepared Sardine Ball Tagine to start. Briny sardine balls on a bed of delicately sliced vegetables and rich tomato sauce.  For the main event, Belboula Couscous with 7 vegetables, beef cheek and one of the most delicious tfaya preparations I’ve had.  To finish, an assortment of Moroccan pastries, including my favorite - Kaab el Ghazal.

The service was impeccable and the space immaculate.  If you ever have the opportunity to visit, it’s a beautiful spot for a special evening.
