Chebakia Bouchnikha - a beautiful, delicate honey-soaked pastry made with milk.  The name can vary by region and is also known as Chebakia with Milk or even just “Bouchnikha.” The name comes from the Moroccan toothpick plant, as the pastry’s shape resembles its dried flower.

Much like traditional chebakia, this sweet is a popular choice during Ramadan which starts this weekend.
