What a beautiful afternoon getting to meet an absolute culinary legend:  Latifa Bennani-Smires. 

For so many, she needs no introduction - she wrote one of the most iconic books on traditional Moroccan cooking.  Her book was gifted to me last year and I continue to learn from it everyday.

Thank you to soussoubs and the entire Bennani-Smires family for so warmly welcoming me into your home.  It was such a pleasure and the food was fit for royalty!
