Below is a list of locations that I’ve compiled from my followers who have seen cardoons in markets in their city in recent weeks.⁣

I recommend calling first before making a trip to shop as they’re often sold out or unavailable for the season (at least in Chicago). In the US, these are often referred to as cardoni in grocery stores - it may help to ask for them under this name. ⁣
