Warqa is the equivalent of filo dough and is essential in many Moroccan dishes such as briwat, pastilla and jawhara. ⁣
⁣
It takes some time to make but the results are worth it.  It’s so much crispier than filo dough and the warqa sheets are easier to work with. ⁣
