Amazigh Vegetable Tagine in The Traditional Way!  ⁣

Many of you probably don’t know this about me, but I was vegan for several years.  Despite the fact that I make a lot of traditional dishes with meat, I still limit how much meat I eat in my daily life.  I’m a huge fan of vegetarian dishes (which is a reason why I LOVE Moroccan salads) and this Amazigh inspired Vegetable Tagine is no exception. ⁣

I had an amazing version of this dish while I was visiting an Amazigh village in the Atlas mountains in Morocco.  It was something I definitely had to recreate at home.  ⁣
