Today was the first time I’ve released some of my Mom’s ashes. It was at El Matador Beach in Malibu, where one day I hope to be proposed to by the man of my dreams. Today, Mom helped me plant that seed and at the same time, I was able to give her back to Mother Earth at the beach—one of her favorite places on earth… well, so long as she had an umbrella, a chair, a bottle of water, and good book to read!! 

While watching an episode of “Hacks” last night, Deborah Vance realizes how much she has neglected her “Little Debbie’s.” One thing I pride myself on is how I ALWAYS show up for my #BUDS, even on a difficult days like today. So I share this reel to show you yes, grief is overwhelming at times but is also something I am and you can overcome.
