This week at Ethos, we’re serving a buttery croissant hotdog loaded with smoky sausage, tangy sauerkraut, and enough grainy brown mustard to make your grandfather emotional. Every croissant is baked until deeply golden and shatteringly crisp, wrapped around a snappy sausage like some kind of late-night Paris beer hall fever dream.

Served with crispy pommes frites, warm lighting, cold wine, and the type of atmosphere that makes you accidentally stay for three more drinks.

It’s rich. It’s salty. It’s aggressively unnecessary.
And honestly? It might be one of the best hotdogs we’ve ever made.
