Hot Honey Sourdough Grilled Cheese 🥖🧀🌶️🍯

A spin on a childhood classic - this grilled cheese is filled with rich gruyère cheese, hot honey and toasted to crispy golden brown perfection. 

**Ingredients:**

- Sourdough bread
- Gruyère cheese (freshly grated)
- Gouda cheese (grated)
- 2 tbsp butter
- Mike’s Hot Honey

**Instructions:**

1. Add 2 tbsp butter to a pan over low heat.
2. Place the sourdough slices in the melted butter.
3. Add grated Gruyère and gouda on each slice.
4. Let the bread get golden and crispy while the cheese melts slowly.
5. Drizzle Mike’s Hot Honey over the cheese.
6. Place one slice on top of the other to form a sandwich.
7. Cook on low heat until the cheese is fully melted.
8. Slice and serve.
