## Caption

Fetal MRI scans often look unsettling because they capture soft tissues in grayscale with distorted proportions and unusual angles. The eyes appear bright due to fluid, while the skull and facial features are still developing, creating an alien like appearance. MRI images also freeze tiny movements mid scan, making expressions seem eerie even though the fetus is completely normal and healthy.
