2 lbs catfish nuggets 
1 package of Andy’s yellow fish fry 
1.5 cups buttermilk 
1/8 cup hot sauce 
Vegetable oil for frying 
1 lb dry spaghetti (cook in boiling water with 2 tbsp salt) 
10 oz frozen onion & pepper mix 
48 oz marinara sauce (jarred) 
1 lb 80/20 ground beef 
1 packet of Italian dressing mix 
4 cloves chopped garlic 
1 tbsp sugar 
Salt & pepper to taste 
8 oz whole milk mozzarella 
8 oz mixed shredded cheddar
