Say hello to the Strawberry Spritz! This is the spritz that shows up to garden parties, patio catch-ups, and spontaneous happy hours looking effortlessly stunning 💃✨

STRAWBERRY SPRITZ

• 1½ oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
• 3 Fresh Strawberries
• 1 oz Aperol
• ½ oz Simple Syrup
• 2 oz Chilled Prosecco, to top
• Strawberry Slice & Edible Flowers, to garnish

METHOD: In a shaker, muddle the strawberries until juicy. Add simple syrup, Aperol, Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, and a handful of ice to the shaker. Stir well to chill and combine. Double-strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. Gently pour chilled Prosecco on top. Add a strawberry slice to finish and enjoy!
