The Canadian Tulip Festival cdntulipfest celebrates the historic friendship between Canada & the Netherlands🇨🇦🇳🇱 - dating back to World War Il. Every spring, thousands of tulips bloom across Ottawa as a symbol of this beautiful bond💐

If you’re planning to visit, here’s a quick guide
📍Where to go:
• Commissioners Park (main tulip beds)
• Dow’s Lake & nearby areas also have beautiful blooms 

🎟️ Entry: FREE (yes, completely free!)
Best time to visit:
• Early morning or golden hour if = fewer crowds + best lighting

👟What to know:
• Wear comfy shoes - LOTS of walking
• Weekdays are calmer than weekends
• Weather changes fast in Ottawa → bring a light jacket

🚗Parking tip:
• Lebreton Street S parking (~$6.75 for 4-5 hours
• Super close to Commissioners Park entrance = very convenient
