This is just your friendly reminder that our bodies are covered in skin 

Some is stretched
Some is loose 
Some is tight 
Some have sun spots 
Or moles 
Or freckles 
Some skin changes the way it looks throughout the day, or depending on the way your body is positioned. 

The point is, it’s totally normal 

I’ve been struggling a lot lately with my body and the way it’s changed over the years 

But I quickly remind myself that the internet is not real, comparison is the thief of joy, and we are so blessed to be living in the skin that God gave us 

So as I’m trying to switch my perspective, I thought you might want to hear it too. If you’re feeling low or picking yourself apart, just know you’re not alone.
