Spent the day with lumivitawellspa at Be Well hosted by jezebelmagazine, modernluxuryatlanta, and theatlantan and I just love seeing how much this city has embraced wellness, movement, beauty, and intentional self-care lately. Between the Pilates/yoga sessions, wellness brands, and little self-care moments, this felt like such a good reminder that taking care of yourself isn’t selfish, it’s necessary!
