Texas summer nights are for tacos, family y mucho wiri wiri 🤝🏼 For this recipe I wanted something bold, tender y juicy that already brought all the flavor, so I went with the Nolan Ryan Angus Chuck Roast 🥩 literally the easiest taco recipe everrrr and it came out so juicy y lleno de sabor. Found everything at Kroger y obvio only Texas beef would do!

Recipe:
-Nolan Ryan Angus Chuck Roast
-Tomatoes
-Cebolla
-Chipotle peppers
-Garlic 
-Oregano 
-Chicken Buillon or Salt 

Throw the tomatoes, cebolla, ajo, oregano, chicken buillon y chipotle in the blender until smooth. Sear the meat first, pour the salsa on top y let everything simmer low and slow until the beef is tender enough to fall apart 😮‍💨 desmenusa and serve on warm tortillas with your favorite toppings. Súper fácil y perfect for summer nights when you don’t wanna spend all day cooking.
