Seasoned golfers, here’s how it works:

1️⃣ Take your normal setup at address.
2️⃣ Slowly make a backswing to the top of your swing.
3️⃣ Reverse the club’s path back to the starting position, following the same motion.
4️⃣ Repeat the "loop" a few times to feel the correct swing plane.
