The Los Angeles Lakers have officially re-signed center Christian Koloko to a two-way contract. Across the 2022–23 NBA seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers and Toronto Raptors, Koloko played in 95 games, starting 19 of them, and averaged 2.9 points and 2.8 rebounds in 12 minutes per game.

Selected 33rd overall by Toronto in the second round of the 2022 NBA Draft, Koloko is originally from Cameroon. He relocated to the United States in 2017 and played college basketball at the University of Arizona from 2019 to 20
