For those of you who’ve been watching my Stories over the last few weeks, you’ll know that I’ve been doing an epicly huge job of cladding the long side of the swimming pool with limestone slips.

I only had a tiny bit left to do, and yesterday was the day to finish it. But our classic crazy British weather did its best to thwart me.
