“In one of America’s largest and wildest parks, the National Park Service is rolling out the red carpet to international mining companies for the #AmblerRoad. International companies intend to pave over one of America's last wild and roadless park landscapes and mine it for a century -- and the state and federal agencies tasked with protecting our parks have decided to let it happen.” - National Parks Conservation Association.

Not only will this “Road to Resources” do irreparable damage to this already fragile land, it will also disrupt one of the largest caribou migrations on the planet; that of the Western Arctic Caribou Herd.

As creatives we yearn for undiscovered wild places, and cherish opportunities to experience them, and share these experiences. If you’re local to Alaska, or just concern for the well-being of this last frontier, raise your voices in opposition to paving over these delicate landscapes.
