## Caption

A must for your Memorial Day barbecue. 🇺🇸

Blue Layer Ingredients:
-1 cup hot water
-3 oz. Blue Jell-O mix
-1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
-1/2 cup vodka
-1/2 cup cold water

White Layer:
-1 cup hot water
-1.5 packets unflavored gelatin (0.25 oz. per packet)
-7 oz. sweetened condensed milk
-1/2 cup cold water

Red Layer Ingredients:
-1 cup hot water
-3 oz. Red Jell-O mix
-1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
-1/2 cup vodka
-1/2 cup cold water

Steps:
1.Thoroughly grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
2.In a pot, begin prepping blue layer by bringing 1 cup of water to a boil. Once boiling, add blue Jell-O mix and unflavored gelatin. Whisk until dissolved.
3.Once dissolved, remove from heat and add cold water and vodka.
4.Pour into greased baking dish then chill in the fridge for 3 hours.
5.Shortly before blue layer is set, begin prepping white layer by bringing 1 cup of water to a boil. Once boiling, add unflavored gelatin and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk until dissolved.
6.Once dissolved, remove from heat and add 1/2 cup of cold water.
7.Let the white mixture sit in the fridge for 10 minutes to cool down. This step is crucial because if you pour the white layer on top of the blue straight from the stove top, the heat will break the blue layer.
8.Once the white mixture has cooled, very slowly pour the white layer on top of the blue, close to the surface.
9.Chill in the fridge for 3 hours.
10.Shortly before white layer is set, begin prepping red layer and repeat these steps. 
11.Once the red layer (and final layer) has been poured onto Jell-O sheet, chill in the fridge for 3 hours.
12.Use a smooth knife to carefully trace the edges of the Jell-O sheet. Then, cut into small squares and use a spatula to remove from baking dish. Serve and enjoy!
