It's time to "rock" and roll on the Gateway Tunnel Project. 

Workers are firing up a boring machine (not that kind of boring, it's tunnel-boring; we assure you, it's interesting) that is set to dig into the Palisades in order to help commuters get in and out of NY's Penn Station quicker.

The $16 billion project is set to finish in 2035.
