A former Arizona firefighter has been sentenced to more than 24 years in federal prison after investigators uncovered thousands of illegal files involving minors on devices seized from his Casa Grande home.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, former Eloy Fire District battalion chief Agustin “AJ” Sauceda later pleaded guilty in the federal case.

Federal officials say he will also remain on lifetime supervised release after serving his sentence.
