Pasta Salad
- 1 lb rotini
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup pitted and halved Castelvetrano olives
- ¼ red onion, sliced thin
- ½ cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup pesto combined with ¼ cup pasta water
