The countdown is on! In just a few weeks, the 2026 “Completely Uplifted: Mind, Body & SOUL” Mental Health Awareness Walk will bring our community together for a powerful morning of healing, awareness, connection, and support.

Join Uplifting People & Properties (UPP) and the TSOS “Do Good” Foundation on Sunday, May 31st, as we take steps toward breaking stigmas surrounding mental health while uplifting individuals with disabilities, caregivers, and families throughout our community.

Whether you are walking for your own wellness, in support of a loved one, or simply to stand with others, your presence matters and every step makes an impact.
