## Caption

Pineapple Cake

Ingredients:
Half cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
Half cup buttermilk (half cup milk +1 tsp lemon juice)
1 & Half cups Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla essence or powder 
Half cup Pineapple juice
6-7 pineapple slices 
7-8 cherries 

Topping:
4 tbsp melted Butter
4 tbsp brown sugar

Method:

Preheat the oven at 180c for 15 min.
Grease and line an 8 inch pan with parchment paper
Add butter and brown sugar, place the pineapples and cherries.
In a bowl, mix oil, sugar, eggs, buttermilk, then add flour, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla, mix until well combined. Dont overmix
Put the cake mixture in the pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
Let it cool down for 20 minutes, take it out serve. Enjoy!
