Manchow Soup

Ingredients:
1 tbsp Oil
3 garlic
1/2 tsp ginger 
300 gms Chicken 
1 cup carrots 
1/2 cup bell pepper 
1 tsp black pepper 
1/2 tsp paprika 
1/2 tsp salt
1 chicken cube
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce 
1 tsp chili sauce
1 tbsp vinegar 
6 cups water 
Cornflour slurry (1 cup water +5 tbsp cornflour)
2 eggs beaten
2 tbsp spring onions
2 tbsp coriander or parsley 
Crispy Noodles(boil them, then fry 8-10 minutes until crispy)
Add crispy noodles on top of your Soup and Enjoy
