## Caption

Bakery Biscuits 

Ingredients:

3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 & half cups flour
1/4tsp baking soda 

Other ingredients:

1-2 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp cocoa powder (plus 3 tbsp milk)
2 tbsp choco chips 
2 tbsp jam
Kaju/pista

Mix butter and sugar. 
Then add flour, Mix,Grease your hands Keep kneading by hand, it will soften and get into shape by the warmth of your palms as shown.
Divide into 4 pieces.
Mix cumin in one part and mix.
Mix choco chips in other part.
Mix 1 tbsp cocoa powder in one part along with 3 tbsp milk and mix until smooth.
Grease your hands with some oil
Shape all the biscuits as shown.
For Jam cookies, shape the cookies as shown, press with thumb and add tiny amount of jam in middle.

Grease a baking tray and line with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven at 180 for 15 min
Make biscuits shapes as shown. Place on tray.
Then bake for 15-16 min
Take them out. Let them cool down completely, they will harden and become crisp. Enjoy
