Ingredients:
500 gms Beef/Chicken mince
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp chapli kabab masala
1 tsp chili flakes 
1 tsp paprika 
1 tsp cumin powder 
1 tsp coriander powder 
1 tbsp garlic paste

Burger Sauce:
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
3 tbsp ketchup 
1 tbsp relish(crushed cucumber)
Pinch salt
1/4 tsp pepper 
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp milk- to thin it

To Assemble 
Brioche buns
Lettuce 
Smash Patties
Sauce
Onions
