Banana Bread

Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 cup sugar 
3/4 cup oil
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon powder (optional)
1 tsp vanilla essence 
1 and half cups flour
3 tbsp pecans or Walnut on top

Grease and line a 9 inch pan with parchment paper
Preheat at 180C for 15 minutes 
Bake at 180C for 50-55 mins until a skewer comes our clean
