Masala Fried Fish

Ingredients:

300 gms boneless fish(I used Basa)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp paprika 
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper 
2 tbsp coriander 
2 tbsp lemon juice 
3 garlic cloves 
1 egg
Half cup flour (maida)
3 tbsp cornflour 
3 tbsp besan
Splash of water to form a paste.
