## Caption

Finger Fish and Tartar Sauce

Ingredients:
500 gms Boneless Fish fillet(I used Basa)
1 tsp salt 
1 tsp black pepper 
1/2 tsp paprika 
1 tsp garlic powder 
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp lemon juice 
1 tbsp soy sauce

1 cup flour for dry coating 

2 eggs beaten
Bread crumbs (add, 1/4 tsp of salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano)

Tartar Sauce:
Half cup mayonnaise 
3 tbsp cream 
1 tsp garlic powder 
2 tbsp relish(or diced cucumber)
1 tsp lemon juice 
1/2 tsp black pepper 
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp parsley or coriander 

Fry the fish for 8-9 minutes each side until golden and crispy.
Serve with chips and tartar sauce.Enjoy !
