3 garlic chopped 
Half small onion 
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper 
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp garlic powder 
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin powder 
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hot sauce/ ketchup
3 cups Cooked Boiled rice
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ketchup 
1/4 tsp black pepper 
1 tsp Chicken Powder/ or half chicken cube
1 tsp dried parsley/ or coriander 
2 tbsp spring onions
