#LLD 🐬 Admitted g*nman in Young Dolph’s m*rder appeared in court today & was sentenced to 20 years in prison after he accepted a plea deal Friday.

Cornelius Smith accepted a lesser charge of second-degree m*rder after he had confessed to g*nning down Dolph in November 2021. He was initially charged with first-degree m*rder.
Smith’s cooperation with prosecution was considered in the plea deal as he cooperated fully in the conviction of Justin Johnson, the other shooter in Dolph’s de*th.

Smith was the third and final suspect in the Dolph murder investigation.

He confessed to the November 2021 m*rder of Dolph when Smith testified against Johnson. Smith told the court that he and Johnson was executing a hit put out by Big Jook , the late brother of rapper Yo Gotti. [📸 ithinkethan / Fox13Memphis ]
