As an {almost} 42 year old mom of 3, it has to be said that us, millennial moms are changing motherhood in ways people don’t talk about enough✨so let’s talk about it✨

	1.	We’re breaking generational cycles instead of repeating them🤏🏽A lot of us are parenting while healing at the same time and making sure we don’t pass along toxicity. 

	2.	We want our kids to see us as whole people - not women who completely disappeared into motherhood. We’re teaching our daughters and sons that moms matter too🤏🏽

	3.	We’re more open about mental health, burnout, and overwhelm. We’re done pretending motherhood is easy 24/7🤏🏽

	4.	We care less about “looking perfect” and more about creating meaningful lives. We share the struggles and the challenges of motherhood🤏🏽

	5.	We’re redefining what a good mom looks like. A good mom can be ambitious, stylish, rested, independent, successful, feminine, confident, and still deeply devoted to her family🤏🏽
