It’s no secret that turnover in the doula field is HIGH. It’s in the heart of doulas to want to give, give, and give some more until we are empty. There are already enough challenges with navigating the medical model of care, pandemics, our own families , our health and supporting our clients in multiple ways. 

It is because of this we are so honoured to host Alberta’s very own Teela Tomassetti Registered Provisional Psychologist aka @theteaonbirthtrauma as she  takes us on a fast dive into burnout as a doula followed by a Q&A.
