In honour of international Sons day we added a fourth son to our family! Our family is now complete! Baby Boden decided to show up a bit early. My water broke after spending the night with a doula client who gave birth to her own son yesterday morning. While helping them with latching my own water broke! I came home and we got to work getting the house ready. After taking the Midwife brew and trying many other things to get contractions started they finally started around 8pm. It wasn’t long before they were extremely intense. I wasn’t getting many breaks! I remembered to call the photographer but forgot to call my midwives 😂 I was so in the zone that I actually thought they were there the whole time. Luckily they made it. I had a beautiful birth team with my friend who stepped in as my Doula, my friend to take videos of everything, My two beautiful midwives, Randy and my two oldest boys! When it was time to get into the pool it wasn’t long before Hudson joined me as I started to push. It was very hands off and everyone just protected my space. Hudson told everyone when the head was out and he got to support and catch the baby as he came into this world. Forrest got to cut the cord! Boden Alexander Fox was born at 1008 pm weighing 7 15 and sporting a large noggin 🥴 everyone is doing fantastic and Randy is excited to book his vasectomy 😂 stay tuned in the future for the birth video!
