Year 2 of being the OP for MAC 🥎 did not disappoint!

I always love working with Jackson, and this was Caden’s last tournament with the MAC🥺We’ll miss youuuu. 

This was definitely a lot more challenging of a tournament than last year. Photo wise that is😂 I had a wonderful second shooter last year, and with her getting “bulk” photos, I was able to be a bit more creative with my shots. That didn’t happen this year. It was me, myself, and I for the whole tournament. I love the shots I got, and I am definitely a huge fan of the new windscreens🥰  I just wasn’t as creative as I would have liked to be with photos. There was a lot of things I couldn’t even attempt to do cause this year’s games were EXCEPTIONAL. #MACtion packed excitement in every game. That being said, look out for more creative shots coming from MAC baseball next week😎

As always, I gotta give a huge thank you to the MAC, and to Cooper, for bringing me on and trusting me with this position. 

Caden and Jackson call this tournament my Super Bowl, and it sort of is😂 Every person I meet, every team I cover, every moment I capture are all meaningful to me. When I get that same vibe in return, it makes me want to do more. It makes me want to create more. So yes, this is like my Super Bowl. Every athlete, team, and crew that I have met at this tournament the last three years have been nothing short of welcoming and supportive. You’ll hear women talking about “she’s a girls girl” and that is the vibe the ENTIRE tournament. Yes, there are teams that are winning and losing. It’s a tournament… duh. But no matter what happens, these women acknowledge the time, effort, and challenges that come with getting to that level as an athlete, a coach, and even media personnel. Women’s sports need more coverage, and I will always be willing to provide that. I will do so happily! A tournament like this brings so much exposure to the sport, but also to women in sports. I love it. I will NEVER pass up the opportunity to promote women in sports. The friends I make along the way are just a bonus🫶 k, see ya next year🫡
