What started as baking together turned into something much bigger for recent UT graduates Nicholas Montoya and Sydney Stewart. Today, they’re the owners of Stoya Bread & Co., a baked goods business that sells bread, bagels, cookies and more from their bread shed located just north of the Forty Acres. 🧡
