🗣️ANOTHA ONE
we are prepping a breakfast quiche that actually was a hit. It was gone by Wednesday 🤣

Super high protein, really tasty and easy to hide lots of veggies. 

I used:
Six whole eggs, liquid egg, whites, cheese, artichoke hearts, baby, bok choy, onion, I ended up adding bacon, and cottage cheese! 

I cooked on 350 until it looked like a big egg bite and let cool before storing .
