Today I successfully completed SAP Build Apps onboarding in SAP BTP Trial after understanding how enterprise SaaS provisioning actually works behind the scenes.

At the beginning, I assumed Build Apps setup would be a simple subscription process.

But today’s learning showed me that enterprise cloud platforms involve much deeper layers:
✔ Cloud Foundry Runtime
✔ SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS)
✔ Trust Configuration
✔ sap.custom Identity Provider
✔ Entitlements & Quotas
✔ SaaS Subscription Provisioning
✔ Role Collections & User Mapping

One important realization today:
Cloud platforms are not only about coding.

They are ecosystems involving:
Identity, Trust, Runtime, Governance, and Subscription orchestration.

The SAP Build Apps Booster automated:
IAS tenant creation
trust establishment
role assignments
SaaS application provisioning
identity integration flows
Today’s learning helped me understand why enterprise architects must think beyond features and UI screens.
Every layer matters.
Every dependency matters.
Every configuration impacts the final application lifecycle.
Most valuable lesson today:
Good engineers learn features.
Great architects learn systems. 🚀
