It’s my great honor to share my portrait for the new nfl Los Angeles headquarters of the GOAT himself, tombrady. I’m born and raised in Rhode Island and have lived on the south shore of Boston the last eight. I’ve been a sports fan my whole life and was projected to be the next Bobby Orr at the age of 2 by my Dad (even though he had me skating at age 2, unfortunately I wasn’t really a talent for hockey, but I did push that chair on the ice like crazy). I had all the patriots, bruins, Celtics and Red Sox starting lineup figures and collected all the cards. Ellis Burks, Boggs, Grogan, Eason, Neely, you name it! Amazingly, I’ve seen Brady play at Gillette many times, and I even got to see the 14’ pats/ravens game 3 rows behind the raven bench seeing edelman11 hit dannyamendola on that sweet TD to help us win that game. So when I was asked to paint Tom friggen Brady by the NFL for their new LA headquarters I was beyond suped. But then I had to actually make something.  I thought about who and what Brady meant to the nfl, never mind my local New England area. For me, he’s the ultimate competitor. A true king of kings, conqueror of all. I looked at Alexander the Great, knight Kings, his Irish heritage etc and landed on this with the mindset of Brady as NFL royalty, which he is no doubt. I want to give a huge thanks to my friends at the NFL, Dennis, Robin, Chloe, Dane and the whole team. It was great to meet you all and for giving me a dream job of a life time. 🙏 Thank you!
