Detail from a Jimi Hendrix piece I did in 09'. Hendrix's influence on my approach to my art is incredibly big. When I first heard his music something deep in me clicked. It was as if his approach to the guitar was  what I wanted but didn't know to with my work. I also bought a guitar instantly tried to play Red House and considered quitting art school.
