I’m here to explain to you the real strategy behind why brands drop all their holiday products in October (or even earlier!)  😯 Working as the creative director of a brand has given me a whole new perspective on early holiday launches.  Most people assume that it’s about maximizing profit and consumption, but for small businesses, there is a whole list of reasons why it is actually really important. Between production timeline shipping delays, gift guides, PR gifting, and retail, late launches can mean that you miss the entire holiday season🎁 for small brands. The holiday season is the most important time of the year for most small business, and preparing correctly for your new launches can help your business thrive <3 This video is an honest explanation of why businesses have to launch product so early even if to the consumer, it can be frustrating and confusing. That’s why I’m here to pull back the curtain and explain our thought process behind launching our holiday scents in October.
