CELESTE: A wine rooted in love, time, and patience...
Some things take longer than expected. This wine is one of them.

What started as a vision years ago became a much longer journey than I ever anticipated. Between the shutdown, rising costs across the board, and the realities of production, this release took time. Bottle prices increased. Design and label work shifted. Timelines stretched.
