I’ve been using ground bison from thehonestbison and it’s become my Gaux-to clean, high-quality protein. Grass-fed, regenerative bison meat that tastes great and perfect for refueling after a long day. 

Here’s how I make my bison burgers:
• 2 lbs ground bison
• 2 eggs
• Salt
• Pepper
• Garlic salt

Mix it up, form your patties, and cook to your preference.

Top it off with:
• Toasted buns
• Mustard
• Ketchup
• Pickles (of course)
