“I’m happy with my Sprint race. I managed to be with another Yamaha, which was my personal main goal. It was not easy, but I improved my lap times a bit in terms of pace compared to this morning. Like I said, since yesterday we are not trying any more new items, I’m just working on personalising the set-up a bit to suit my riding, and I am improving and gaining confidence. I was riding with Toprak all race, and Rins and Miller were not far ahead either. I’m feeling a little bit more competitive which is nice. Let’s see if I can have a bit better pace in the Race tomorrow and battle with other riders again. We need to stay focused, stay positive, and keep working.”
