The sandwiches are so delicious and easy to make - the whole family will love them. By the time you whip up the tzatziki sauce, the fish sticks are done. Warmed pita slathered in a delicious refreshing sauce, topped with veggies and perfectly crispy fish sticks. What’s not to love! Recipe

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
Yields: 2 servings

Ingredients

6-8 Gorton’s Fish Sticks
1 tomato sliced thinly.
1/2 red onion sliced thinly
1 cup lettuce chopped
Pita Greek style

Tzatziki sauce

1/2 English cucumber grated and squeezed
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 garlic clove grated
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh dill
2 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of salt

Instructions

-Preheat the oven at 425F degrees.
-Transfer the fish sticks onto a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven as per package instructions.
-In the meantime, in a medium bowl combine all ingredients for the tzatziki sauce. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
-Remove the fish sticks from the oven and warm up the pittas.
-Arrange pitas on a plate or surface.
-Start building your gyro by spreading a spoon of tzatziki sauce. Add lettuce, onion, tomatoes and fish sticks.
-Wrap and enjoy
