He didn’t have much, but the money Lizandro Guizar Sartiaguin made working in New Jersey blueberry fields he sent home to his family in Mexico. He kept working after suffering a head injury that left him with lingering cognitive issues.

In February, Lizandro was spotted on surveillance video in Hammonton, the last time he was seen alive. Last month, someone found a decomposing body in the Delaware River. It was Lizandro. No one knows what happened to him.

Lizandro left behind a wife and daughter He was in this country legally with permanent residency status.
